Processing Time

While we do carry some inventory, most pieces are handcrafted and made for you. All orders are processed within 4 days, then shipped. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped or is ready to be picked up.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping based on your order total:

Orders up to $25 — $5.00
Orders $25.01–$50 — $7.00
Orders $50.01 and over — $10.00
Orders over $75: FREE local delivery to eligible postal codes in Toronto, Durham, Halton, Peel and York. Availability is confirmed at checkout.

Local Pickup
Local pickup in the Markham/Unionville area is available at no charge. After placing your order, we will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time and location.

Delivery Times
Shipping times vary by carrier and destination. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment. We are currently working with new shipping companies to provide improved shipping times.
